I want to forget him, I want to move on! Im tired of having certain days where I keep crying about us! I wish it was as easy as pushing a button to where I can just let you go without hassle! Why am I still hurting?! My mom said I shouldn’t be his friend or contact him because it will make the the healing process become slower! Were not together as a couple anymore so why would I just drop him as a friend?! I can’t stop crying!

I don't think you should drop them a a friend entirely but you should probably take some time apart to get used to their absence, I hate how generic I sound. But In my experience it has definitely helped

@Metal i agree with this method. Especially if you two had pleasant experiences rather than more draining and stressful times. Take your time to heal, its healthy to cry it off when you need to. Never hold things in.

This healing process has to be your own. You want him in your life, but you want to be able to move on. I am in that process. You are going to make that decision of talking to him but wanting the pain to stop, but the only way to stop the pain is by letting go at your own pace. Little by little. You will be hurting for a while, and then each time you contact him or vice versa. You will release a small bit if hurt. Until you are finally able to feel that hurt lift from your heart and the final straw will be the most painful and most freeing feeling ever. I promise you this will get better although it will not be easy and it's going to hurt like H.E.πŸ’πŸ’ but you will get through this. πŸ™πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ€—πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’•πŸ’• if you need to personally chat pls reach out hunny. I understand how you're feeling.
