I am on 17 Different medication and I am wanting to get off some of them how do I go about getting off some of them without it hurting my anxiety level? I do see a counselor and a doctor what should I tell him?

From experience with my mom, there are doctors who specialize in reducing medications. You need to make an appointment with them, they go through the medical file and talk to you, together they check on which medications can be given up. My mom reduced close to 10 medications she had been taking regularly for years!

Its important you will do it slowly and carefully, be patient and do this process only with your doctor and with mental support. Good luck!

Talk to your Dr and tell them you want off but don't want your anxiety to act up. They can help come up with the best plan for you.
