snap! pop! crack! (those are my bones) in all seriousness how do you manage non-spinal pain? i feel like my PT exercises are really targeted at alleviating specifically my back/neck pain (which is great seeing as that is the major pain area), but I’ve been dealing with significant ankle joint & wrist pain recently as well — does anyone else experience this? how do you manage it?

      Hi! I would try general yoga as well as specific stretches for those areas- theres tons of nice ones on youtube! Make sure you have a mat- theres rly nice thick ones on amazon that are affordable! Also if you can- talk to your doctor abt a lidocaine cream. (im not sure if theres over the counter) its just a numbing topical :) CBD topicals are also nice but can get expensive.
