      @Tina1965 I used to be a nurse, and I understand. Have you had a nerve conduction test done yet? That's how they diagnose carpal tunnel/cubital tunnel syndrome.

      Then it's time for surgery. My own is scheduled for Sept. 18th. My mom and my best friend had carpal tunnel surgery last year. This surgery isn't even done under full anesthesia; it's just a local. It's outpatient surgery. The recovery time is two weeks, but I'll have some use of my fingers during that time. I'll just have to make sure to get help with opening some things, and wear clothing that's easy to get on & off. Seriously, if your insurance will cover a decent portion of it, the pain relief is worth it.

      Same here ,my GP referred me to MSK the musculoskeletal, last time they gave me steroids in hands ,it helped for half a year but again the pain started ,now my bothpalms and fingers ,I tried hand massager but no difference in pain I am a nurse and have to work with my hands all the time ,I struggle even to open medicine bottles at work My next MSK appointment is this month hope they find some solution to it ,I had my both hands xrayed and scanned ,nothing much was found .
