Has anyone recovered from exercise addiction that created an eating disorder? I've started with the mentality of less is more to ease off exercise in hopes of being able to take more rest days

About a year ago I was under-eating and over-working out to fast track weight loss. I was absolutely miserable and didn’t have the energy to push through, not to mention the caloric deficit gap was too big and my body basically went into starvation mode so I didn’t lose any weight bc my body was holding onto it all. Now I only work out a few times a week instead of every day and I do activities I love that don’t make it feel like a chore. I like to dance and play sports, so just think of smart ways that will get you moving in a way that makes you happy. Or make a fun playlist for the gym or save a fun podcast for the gym so you look forward to going! If you don’t build a healthy relationship with exercise then you’ll never want to do it, so it’s important to find what you love and pursue that :)
