Am I Really That Ugly? Dealing with Body Dysmorphia

No it’s the body dysmorphia. Felt this way too. Finally stepped on a scale after over a year of not knowing what I weighed… what I learned was shocking and completely different than what I was expecting because of my body dysmorphia. Not sure if I feel uglier or prettier now that a number has again been assigned to me. Do not let your body dysmorphia win. You are beautiful and unique and truly one of a kind- I know people look at you in jealousy, I know it’s hard to believe but I know it for a fact. Sending love and self love vibes your way ♥️♥️♥️
