how do deal with anxiety

      Anxiety is a bodies natural response to real problems, mostly emotional, just with way too many hormones and chemical imbalances mixed in. My way of dealing with it is to have the best overall health, then finding little tricks to help with each negative symptom (like making a rhym to say to help do dishes, or going in a different room when i start to yell), and then finding the deep rooted emotional problem by talking it out with a good listener. Eventually, the medicine, or good overall health will put the hormones and chemical imbalances back to normal levels. That's the idea anyway.
