Shooting Pain in Joints When Coughing or Sneezing

I got that before I knew that I had autoimmune diseases. Both my arms would hurt so much that I would cry and my Mom and sister would rub or put pressure up and down my arms which helped with the pain. I later found out that I have Fibromyalgia, mixed connective tissue disorder, Sjogren's syndrome with other organ involvement. I was prescribed Gabapentin which helped me with the pain.

I get that sort of pain sometimes. I don't know what to do about it.

I don’t get that pain when I am sneezing or coughing but I get pain in me legs and it feels like it’s in the bone
