Reality testing: if voices, ask trusted people if they hear them. If hallucinations, same thing. Attempt to confirm if beliefs by having friends or family Google them. Get assessed by a therapist or shrink

I have the same question doc keeps saying I can’t have it due to age and everything like how do you know my friend has had it since age 3 so guess again and I’m not sad all the time just sometimes but overall I’d wish to leave too. I’m so sorry your struggling just know I’m proud of you for how far you’ve come
