      I have a question, and i don't know where to go to ask so. Whenever someone hugs or squeezes my arm or anything tight it hurts really bad, and I feel like ima cry like a baby. Is that fibromyalgia?

      I was suppose to go the doctors this past Monday but had to cancel due to a migraine. So now it’s pushed back till Jan. Was gonna go to urgent care but I’m really stubborn when it comes to having to go there.

      It is so tough. Some days are certainly worse than others. The sadness and anxiety has been heavy with me lately as well. Knowing I’m not alone is so helpful.

        @Kay777 hello Kay. Feeling alone makes it more difficult. I don’t have any friends I keep to myself because I’m tired of having to explain myself to people who don’t even understand. Never felt more alone than I do now.
