I've been having a stressful couple of weeks which has my anxiety affecting my sleep schedule and intrusive flashbacks are no help. I started having nightmares a bit as well but I think I'm also remembering stuff from my trauma. It affects someone else in my social circle and it happened when we were really young. I feel like I want to reach out and tell them what I remember but I don't want to unintentionally trigger them if they've kept quiet about it.

      It wouldn’t hurt to tell them, whoever you choose. Talking to a counselor or therapist could help, too. I had Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) and that helped me with my trauma.
