Anyone struggle with chest/throat and upper back pain with GERD? It’s been terrible recently and I don’t know whether to go to the ER or suck it up and hope it goes away.

I get chest pain bad. Throat as well. Can’t seem to get it under control this time, usually I can. It’s been about a month.
