Effects of Drinking on the Next Day

I’ve definitely had it go both ways where it can be absolutely terrible the day after drinking and I get what feels like a huge hangover. But I’ve also experienced times when I don’t seem to have any hangover at all? I guess it depends on how your narcolepsy is behaving at the time. I don’t drink much anymore though because it just feels more yucky than good these days and it ends up not feeling worth it. feels like it just makes me more tired. Maybe you could try seeing if a specific kind of alcohol is better/causes less hangover symptoms for you? Sort of like how some people are allergic to red wine? Just a thought haha.
