just get up anyways. even if you’re exhausted…even if you don’t feel like it. you have the ability and strength to get up. fear isn’t your future

setting small goals for myself always helped me. if you can praise yourself everyday for something small you’ve done then that’s enough
My parents wouldn't understand and say that I'm just trying to get attention so I just stay in my room and do what makes me happy
Idk if you live with anyone, but when im having bad depression episodes i will ask my family to help me out of bed. I also make sure to eat at least breakfast and a cup of tea when I wake up so ik that I have eaten something. I also try and watch a video or two in bed right when I get up and then move downstairs to the living room so that even if I don't do anything that day, at least im not in bed. Also, my therapist once told me that its ik to be depressed for a few days as long as you make yourself eat and take care of your basic needs. For me, letting myself be depressed and not beat myself up about it is a lot better than trying to force myself to do things.
Something that also helps me w/ my depression is having a deal with myself that I will laugh twice that day. When I was most depressed I never laughed or smiled. You can start off with once a day too. Comedy content is great, a lot of shows post clips for free on youtube. It has sort of trained me to look for the humor in the madness and has helped.
I wonder if you may be having a depressive episode. When I have those it’s best for me to do extra care for myself. Many people need more sleep when that happens. I’ve found that if I get the extra rest that it helps. But if it persists for more than a few weeks that’s something you should bring up to a doctor. When this happens to me, I start adjusting my wake up time by setting an alarm for the hour before I’ve been waking up (in your case 11 AM) and then every day increase it an hour until you reach 8 AM. Then keep setting the 8 AM alarm as long as it takes to start naturally waking then. I would look for a root cause of why this happened too. Maybe it’s an anxiety-depression cycle, a traumatic event, life stressor/change, grief, etc. Could be all of the above but I would investigate, and if it’s really bad, I’d probably wait til you’re feeling better so that it doesn’t make it worse.
