im so freaked out. when I sit/lie in my bed, it feels like it is vibrating, shaking, or likes theres something moving in the mattress. I mainly feel this near my back and head. I read it could be paranormal or a sleep disorder. But it happens during the day, and I dont believe in spirits. Does anyone know whats happening ??
