i don’t feel real. i fade in an out of reality all the time. my head is foggy and it hurts to think about anything half way connected to my issues. i don’t understand it anymore. my whole personality has changed and i just don’t know how to explain to people how i’m feeling anymore. i’ve never really had a support system in life except some of my friends who have traumas of their own, making me feel like i shouldn’t both them. i’m just struggling with life right now.
