Does anyone know how to calm themselves during intimate situations? Due to trauma, it makes me super nervous. Any advice would be great. My partner is fantastic, but I want to be able to enjoy this.

Make sure they are aware of your situation and the things that you imagine can set off that reaction. Let them know the things you do when you freeze or panic, and when this happens make sure they know to comfort you. My partner pulls out immediately, rubs my cheek and tells me "your alright, your safe, look in my eyes nobody is going to hurt you, I love you." Either we stop at that point and he let's me know he's not mad and had a great time while it lasted. Which makes me feels comfortable and safe. Or we continue and face the anxiety and trauma head on while he still comforts me. The more you practice these things the easier it gets. If it's any consolation at all it took me 2 weeks just to take of my pants and he was very patient.
