Has anyone ever found themselves struggling with brain fog? Feeling too tired to concentrate? Sluggish? I’m in search of solutions. I have struggled with brain fog, lack of motivation, and exhaustion. I cut gluten and dairy out of my diet and started taking a probiotic. It didn’t solve the problem all the way, but it definitely helped. I’m still exhausted all the time but I’m hardly ever foggy and I don’t forget things as often now. It’s a low risk option to try since it just involves eating a little differently. No drugs or side effects to worry about.
