Have you worked with physical therapy? Maybe they can help with your gait. I had to consciously think about how I walk when my back was the worst. I still do sometimes. Now that I'm re-learning how to real without limping and guarding my ankle I have to watch my feet. I mean literally look down & watch my feet. If you can get a bike or scooter you will take great strides in activity. Maybe look into the v scooters that you put both feet on & sway to make it go

@pacman good idea I will try to use one
Now think about it the thing that is probably making me tired is pigeon foot syndrome or in its scientific name metatarsus adductus, it makes my toes point inward so when I walk it makes me step hard and loudly so in result I get tired pretty quickly.
What is making you feel tired? Moving more than usual or a medical condition? Ease into exercise, if you can walk 1/2 a block today then 3/4 of a block tomorrow then you are making progress. Don't give up, just a little at a time. Heck, when physical therapy started working with me after surgery my goal was to stand for 5 seconds. When I first was able to put weight on my foot again 3 weeks ago my goal was to walk to the bathroom & back. I'm now able to do that 3 times before I'm pooped. I get full weight bearing on Friday & I'm so excited. I'm sure my goal will be to stand balance without the walker for few seconds.
@MaryC Great story keep up with the work! Hope you reach your goal by the way I have no idea what makes me tired I just start walking and suddenly get tired, do you have a idea or a suggestion on whats causing this??
