      I felt this way! Therapy is the best thing I ever did for myself. I did a CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) program and it was life changing. It helps give you the words to describe how you're feeling and recognize distorted thoughts coming from your depression or anxiety. I highly suggest talking to a therapist even if you don't think it will help

      Depression is fire, except when it turns to anxiety cause you no longer remember how to function like a normal human being in the outside world anymore. And then you start skipping meals/groceries etc. life gets harder and harder and you realize is cause you keep beating yourself up about the fact you can’t do shit. Or maybe some deep/forgotten unresolved guilt manifesting in new ways everyday. DONT BEAT YOURSELF UP. START RAGING AT THOSE THAT HURT YOU INSTEAD. Take risks. Make a spectacle of yourself. Raise those cortisol levels up. Just kidding. Get therapy. Jk idk if therapy works. Talk to someone I’m here if you need me ❤️ I know what you’re going through trust me I been thru a lot. Share them dark depressive thoughts with me, I have a lot as well and just hearing somebody else talk like me would make me feel less lonely so hit my dms. Don’t let the thoughts eat you up .get them off your chest get a second opinion, be open to surprises. Remember depression anxiety etc are all just feelings that turn to emotions and go unregulated. Sometimes you need these external interactions to regulate. Hope dis helps
