What self-care practices work for you?

I have small fiber neuropathy and I take meloxicam and baclofen which seem to help. They may be addressing one of my other conditions though. I do more to avoid situations that trigger my nerve pain, like eating a lot of sugar, being out in the cold, or stress. Obviously sometimes I just get flares though.

One of my friends is having a lot of issues with her stomach right now from kratom and since it’s addictive it’s giving her bad withdrawals to get off of, so it wouldn’t be the best for someone with stomach issues.

What color kartom? And what strength ?

I avoid toxins and take kratom

I take Gabapentin when it’s really bad

I'm not sure what to say since it doesn't show us each other's conditions and medications, when I view your profile it just shows me all my information. Work for what?
