I’ve recently discovered that I’m allergic to dairy. It’s in so many things. It’s taken me a while to accept. But my body is healthier without it. I found it helpful to find alternatives like vegan cheese, and alternative butters, and oat milk. It makes you get creative with cooking. Embrace the limitations and find creative ways to continue to make foods you love. I pretty much cook everything at home now.
