Psychologytoday.com has filters for your insurance coverage, the diagnoses you have/symptoms experienced, location, etc. You can also call the mental health line of your insurance to get suggestions of therapists in-network. I would start looking for a new company to take care of your therapy needs

Suggestion(s) Consider this: informing them you need and deserve stability in a therapist to build a doctor-patient rapport for therapy to be successful. You're being proactive yet their high turn over/lack of patient/client care is a set back when starting all over from square one and that you're paying for it literally $. State that you are put in an unhealthy position by them to keep reliving your trauma when retelling things/issues to one therapist after another. I'd complain to your PCP/ insurance too, all in writing to document and demand credit/refund for co-pays or costly out-of-pocket sessions. Office mgmt could be mediocre and these professionals decide to practice elsewhere. Perhaps finding another location. Best of luck. 🤗

Second time is always easier. Starting all over means having to discuss your issues all over again and all of the hurt, but at least to me the second time wasnt so painful to talk about
