      Also if you're in the US check out NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) they can help you find local therapists if you want assistance

      If you have health insurance, you can make an online account, and search for people you are covered for. If you don't have insurance, check your local municipality for state run places, or a local college that offerea therapy as a way for students to learn (along with a licensed person)
