I wake up too nauseous to eat, so I don't tend to eat till afternoon and I only eat one meal a day. I know this isn't healthy, does anyone have any advice?

have a snack before bed and try not to sleep in so late that way ur stomach isn't 100% empty when you wake up it's important to eat when your body tells you you're hungry otherwise your metabolism essentially slows to a halt and youre not getting the right amount of nutrition

I try grazing throughout the day it’s less to manage at a time and you don’t get as hungry as often so it helps you feel less nauseous
Maybe try eating in very small portions throughout the day?
I understand how you feel as I do the same thing what works for me is try to eat a small snack around when the normal time to eat that meal is in the beginning especially for breakfast I can only eat something very light otherwise I would throw up and make sure to drink water
@Harley100719 This is what works for me it might not work for everyone though
