Other than prescribed medications, are there other ways in order to help with adhd?

Lifestyle changes. Build your life around what your brain can do instead of trying to change your brain.

I use the šŸŖ“ it is scientificly proven that people with adhd are more likely to try it than anyone else. It does help me slow down enough to gather my thoughts.

Yeah. Heres a link for the ones we would use. https://www.brainbalancecenters.com/blog/essential-oils-adhd But personally I would use "Focus" by doTERRA

Essentially Oils worked for a little bit. I would always keep a little scent container that looked like a chapstick tube. When I noticed I couldn't sit still I would take a quick sniff and it would help me stay focused for a hot minute
