I honestly relate to this wanting to be "normal" feeling. For me, mostly when I'm in a depressive state, I feel like I can't control myself or am at the whims of my bipolar. But in all honesty, your mind is extremely unique. Whenever I'm depressed due to loss or something that isn't my bipolar, I've always ended up more greatful to be here afterwards. Something that always helps me remember that I exist.
