depression making functioning rly difficult today... havent done anything but lay in bed. i feel awful and reached out to everybody in my county and they either want money or theyre backed up on appointments. feeling rly hopeless
Not trying to be nosy, but do you have insurance? I use an online provider that anthem uses, and I believe they accept other insurances. It's called LiveHealth Online. You also might just investigate remote therapy. There are a lot of services out there for immediate visits online, but none are free that I know of.
