Hi, I’ve been dealing with OCD around cheating for a long time. But not that my partner is cheating but other way around. I have multiple screenshots, and worry about male friends or games etc.. can anyone relate ?
Definitely, but once I recognize them as intrusive thoughts that I can’t control, it eases the guilt. Usually when I have intrusive thoughts I try to consciously force a happy thought into my mind to distract myself. This is super hard at first but I actually found that it lowered the amount of intrusive thoughts I have throughout the day.
