I think I have DID with a fragmented sense of self. Sometimes I have gaps in my perception of time or amnesia. I keep a journal to try and not miss anything. I'm paranoid I have an alter for situations where I'm sexually assaulted or raped that gives me amnesia about the sexual assault. I have more and more memories of sexual abuse in my life, but some parts are repressed. Is there any way to "break through" these memory gaps?
