My sleep is so irregular and messed up. I'll stay awake until 3am and wake up at 5am and then the next day I'll fall asleep at 7pm and wake up at 7am and then still feel so tired that I end up sleeping again in the afternoon. I take so many naps and never feel any better- even when I nap for the "recommended" amount of time, or even sleep for the recommended 8 hours. That, however, is a rare occurrence. I usually sleep up to 4 hours at a time, with the occasional 12 hour+ coma. I think I'm just going to feel like garbage for the rest of my life at this point.
