Despite being a self proclaimed introvert, I feel like the introvert/extrovert thing is more akin to Hogwarts houses than anything actually real or scientific lol, humans are too varied and complex to be shoved into one of two boxes. Mostly, though, the idea is that some people are drained by social interaction while others gain energy from it in varying degrees all across the board. I don't know you or your life, all I have to go on is what you've said in this post so it might be wrong, but I'm sensing that maybe you're lonely. I understand from listening to my mom gripe about this exact issue that people just wanna hang at bars, which sucks for folks like her (and you?) that don't like bars! The most notable thing in your post for me was that you said you don't have ways to socialize. I'm sorry you feel that way. I want to reiterate that not every social act has to be some big thing, inviting a friend over to watch a movie counts. Taking an art or cooking class once a week counts. Sitting in the park to listen to a local band with friends or family counts. I promise it's not just bars even if it feels that way. Find something you're interested in and see what there is related to that in your area. Go see a play! Take a friend to a local art and culture fair! Visit a museum! Join an online forum for your favorite hobby! Don't let society and those around you convince you that socialization has to be a huge multi-hour, in-depth extravaganza, socialize on your own terms. Heck even using this app or texting a loved one is socializing, you're doing it right now!! I believe in you and I hope you're doing well. Take it one step at a time and remember that low impact activities count and can be just as fulfilling

If may not even have to do with being introverted or extroverted. I’m technically an extrovert but I can act more introvert than an introvert lol it could have more to due with anything like: anxiety, sensory sensitivity, or just dealing with mental health in general takes a lot out of you even if your not physically active
