I've been learning how to cope with my EDS since 2016 when I got diagnosed but one thing I've never been able to make workable is the pain in my wrists. if I want to use my electronics for long periods of time, I actually have to to schedule it because if I don't and I use them for too long or I use too many. the pain in my wrist is so bad I can barely pick up water. the problem is I want to take college classes for programming and possibly digital art, and that's going to be extremely difficult/ painful unless I can figure out something that works. if anybody has any tricks or suggestions I would really appreciate it. also if you think I should just abandon that path then feel free to tell me that.
my mom says that she massages her hands 30 minutes a day for every day she has to work, usually while she's on the bus to work
Sorry I don't have more advice
