    the simplest and also the hardest thing to me to do is to realize when I'm being shitty or when my reactions maybe don't match up with what's going on. Basically, making sure I call myself out. It helps clear up loads of confusion and frustration. I'm not perfect at actually listening to myself yet, but I can see the progress! I hope this is somethin!!! 💜

    I like writing in a prayer journal, taking care of my fish and walking my dog. Also just day dreaming, haha.
