it depends on how you think/talk about women. if it's just fear that any woman could hurt you, that's trauma. if you're saying women are horrible/abusive/irredeemable because a woman hurt you, that's starting to veer towards misogynistic. it's understandable, but still misogynistic. a therapist would be better equipped to help you deal with lingering trauma that may be manifesting itself as misogynistic behaviors
