Hi there! So I’m looking for advice on how to manage my PCOS symptoms and suggestions on what to seek as far as treatment/help. I’m in a //lot// of pain on a regular basis and have had a very frequent menstruation cycle the last nearly 7 months and with that has come pretty extreme hormone fluctuations. It’s basically running my entire life, I’m just feeling sick and am in pain all the time. I’ve had hormone testing done and so far several key hormones are barely making it to the low end of “normal”. I’m currently on a birth control called Mili that was prescribed by a previous gynecologist. And I had an internal ultrasound done in April that confirmed PCOS, but are there any other tests I may need to have done that could help aid in my treatment? Thanks so much everybody 💛

I don't know if it will be much help because my symptoms were not nearly as bad. But I started taking a supplement called insositol. It's helped regulate my periods and the symptoms that come with them.
