Hey, got diagnosed with bpd in 2017 and been on abilify and lexapro since then. I’ve done about 7 years of DBT therapy and 10 years previously in talk therapy. I’ve been stable till about a month ago when my favorite person left me. I’ve been having a very hard time functioning since. What’s the best way to get out of this ptsd infused depression? I feel absolutely awful and have been taking recreational drugs to forget the pain but that’s causing new problems…
