So I did an at home sleep study test and turns out I also have Moderate Sleep Apnea. It’s gonna take a couple of months to get the machine to help with my breathing but I was wondering how it worked for anyone who also has sleep apnea. Did any fatigue go away? Or any of your other chronic illnesses? I she fibromyalgia as well so my Dr says it may help me a lot but we’ll see.
