Wow. I’m sorry to hear that Charlotte2468. I’m not a professional. More so curious after joining this app. But I feel you when you say you obsess over things. My overthinking has given me so much grief over the past year that I spend most days looking in fear or overthinking the situation in its reality. It freaking sucks. I want to believe that I have a support system but when I’m very much into the spoken voice and language, I can tell when it upsets people but nobody helps he cope or ask why. They just shut me down and that’s where I get stuck in this process of overthinking everything. You’re definitely not alone here!
