Muscle Spasms Under Extreme Stress

Yep! I haven’t had it for a couple of weeks though. I always have it in one spot in my back. Some days I could feel it moving other times it felt like it would just be stuck in one place. It’s not dangerous and I just stretch my back a little if I feel it or just let it do its thing lmao.

i get those, and my mother did too, around the lip or eyelids and legs

i’ve been getting muscle spasms when i try to sleep and they wake me up so same?

i get spasms all the time and i shake a lot, you should try taking a hot shower and using dr. teals menthol wash on ur body, u might get addicted tho, u could also try the berry tart wash if ur afraid of the menthol.
