Like crap! My lower spine is all out of place and I always have to pop it back. Over and over.

lol preeetty sure I have a slipped disc in my lumbar. Thankfully getting in to see my doctor tomorrow. Also having c spine instability issues. Such is life 😂 how are you doing?
