so I'm wondering if it's weird that I take no medications but I'm diagnosed with ADHD and bipolar one disorder. I like to go about my mental health healing naturally.

I was diagnosed with add and autism and I have meads for my add but I only take them when I really need them like school and big meetings like doctors appointments things I actually need to focus on other wise I just use CBD and Delta 8 to help keep everything under control in the since things are a bit easier to handle

No there's definitely nothing wrong with it all I recommend is that if ur struggling with adhd exhaust ur options and remember that it takes time to learn how to best handle our adhd so don't worry about it too much

I wouldn't say weird, maybe uncommon. As long as you are happy and healthy and safe, you do you!
