Hello, I have a hard time following through with my physical therapy exercises, however I want to decrease my pain. I've been told the only other treatment/way to manage the pain is using THC and I'm willing to do that, however I'm unsure how it'd work so I'd rather look at other options first. Does anyone have any recommendations?

For EDS, the best treatment is actually physical therapy, I do pain management and excersices at my appointments... maybe set up a reward system? My physical therapist partially incorporated my Nintendo switch, which I like and let's me stick to it a little more. Maybe your therapist can work something around things you enjoy too? Certain sports or activites?
