I’m really struggling with pain right now. I sleep further extending my back the way it’s not supposed to go because it’s the most comfortable but obviously wake up having pissed off my nerves. I’ve taken my strongest pain meds, stretched and tried laying with my legs elevated for a few hours but this pain is only getting worse. Does anyone have any suggestions/ support? Thank you!!

@Soskae same here! Has scoliosis surgery for two curves and have been experiencing RSD/CRPS ever since. You just have to adjust your pillows and blankets until it's comfortable for YOU

I struggle with back pain as well. I had scoliosis surgery when I was younger but they only straightened my top curve. I learned to sleep in a certain position that really helps alleviate the pain. I take 4 pillows. You will lay on your side and place 1 pillow under your head. The 2nd will go behind you, right up against your back so can slightly tilt back onto it while still on your side. Think going from a 90 degree able on the bed to a 100-110 angle. The 3rd goes between your knees and the 4th goes between your arms for you to hold. If you have super xl pillows then you may only need 3. I also sometimes place a heating pad under me at my middle as well. Hope this helps!!
