I definitely think you should see your gynecologist but I’ll tell you what helped me conceive: I started taking InfolicAlpha, I was on anti inflammatory diet which my nutritionist gave me, I tracked my menstrual cycle and confirmed ovulation with test strips. The most important thing I was meditating and relaxing. I hope this helps!

Hey! Great news🥳 I would start by going to your OB/GYN for a check up and maybe ask if there are any screening tests you should do before. Also, are you taking folic acid?

Hey, I can relate to that. Trying to conceive with PCOS can be very stressful and very disappointing if it fails. I think your first step should be going to your gyno where he can give you a physical and lab exam to understand your hormonal status. I know it’s a tiring process, but the treatments today are so much better than before. I wish you the best luck!
