Hi I'm Layla. I'm 24. I'm part of the StoneHaven system. Honestly, I had a hard time accepting everything but since I've been diagnosed, with some help (ok a cr*p ton of help) from a lot of my alters, I've accepted and even embraced my DID. My issue is my therapists... I haven't been able to keep a therapist for more than a couple months and tonight I got a notification that I have to start over again... how can I get the help I need if I keep having to start over every other month??? I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

Are you comfortable sharing what the therapists reasons for not working with you anymore is? Or is it life issues that have come up?

@StoneHaven_System That's really frustrating :/ I've had similar experiences where I've had to jump between therapists, when talking to new possible therapists you could maybe explain that you've been experiencing this a lot and that you'd like to make sure you're working with someone who doesn't forsee any big changes like that in the future? Do you see your therapists in person or telehealth? I've found telehealth has a lot more flexibility and reliability
