Live in Minnesota, where we have winter six months of the year. I know exactly how you feel. Are usually just try to get involved with something I’ll like to do to pass the time. Another thing maybe help to try to get to inside gym and to walk around. At least there you will see others where you can socialize. You can also look at mine, get these lamps that act like the sun and boost your mood.

hey, sorry to hear you’re having a hard time. You’re right, winter IS a very tough time for mental health. If you can, it’s beneficial to see other people, even when you want to curl up alone in a hole. Humans are inherently social creatures so going without social interaction is depriving yourself of a basic human need. Plus, if you can get a couple hugs in there, it releases oxytocin in the brain which can help you feel better :)) if you can’t hug a human, a pet is a good option too! Other than socializing, warmth is another big thing because it can simulate the warmth of another person. Taking a hot shower or drinking hot tea can be very comforting. Lastly, find a good way to channel these sad feelings, whether that’s journaling, making art, or even just a good cry. it’s not good to keep all these emotions bottled up. Wishing you warm fuzzies in these cold months ❤️
