      What usually sets me off is emotional stress and an unpredictable schedule. The weeks I plan in advance and grocery shop/ cook for myself so I have food I like for a couple of days helps a lot. Recently my aunt has gone into the hospital for an unknown condition and I went straight into binging pizza/ ice cream/ and whatever else I could get on Uber eats. Hopefully I can get organized again soon
