hi! my name is sucrose, i’m twenty years old, and i’m pretty new to all of this. after years of struggling with my mental health i’ve finally gotten the courage to seek help from a professional. but every time i try to voice how i feel, i get too scared, untrusting, and anxious to actually say anything, and i freeze up and make no progress. i wish i could have some advice on how to talk to my therapist and actually get the help i need, especially with symptoms that people find especially uncomfortable or unwanted.

i react the same way with professionals, if you ever need to chat or get anything hmu!! (: also i agree with the above comment, my psychiatrist meets with me over zoom and i don’t think i’d be able to be honest if it were in person
