Hi my name is Patricia And I was diagnosed with gastritis 12years ago and ever since then I’ve always been up and down with stomach issues and bloating and etc ..stress is one of my main triggers to my gut..just last year I started Experiencing allow acid reflux symptoms which caused Y throat to burn and my stomach to feel some type of way I would burp non stop and felt bloated at all times which to me is GERD and LPR symptoms which means my throat acts up and my sinuses as well I can go on and on ..I been clean eating and seeking my healing the natural way

I am wondering if anyone has considered surgery? I’ve been miserable, trying the natural way, later PPIs for about 6 months (all kinds) some worked better than other but never a full relief. Waking up chocked with tick mucous at 4 am each day. Doctors say to keep trying this and that and I beg them for the surgery and everyone is hesitant about surgery. Going on my 4th doctor.

I have mild gastritis hiccuping and bloating. Also thick saliva plz any remedy for saliva issues it’s so bad I can’t exhale through my throat

Hi Patricia, I am also doing the natural healing from GERD. I find exercises and walking help besides the change of eating. How do you eat your meats with seasoning? I had a bad flare up two years ago and just now getting another one. No medications has really helped me.

I have ulcerative colitis and the bloating is horrendous! It is so uncomfortable I can’t wear most of my clothes anymore because they’re too tight. I have lots of gas buildup too, do you get that?
Hi Patricia! My issues started after an endoscopy. I’m trying to do the same, but it’s difficult to give up all the things you love. How have these changes been helping?
@Shell_Belle hi .. yes I can’t eat any spices like I want to or have half the stuff I want but my health comes first so I try my best I’m a lot better then I was but I still get the burning sensation in my stomach and throat irritation but nothing like before what has helped me a lot was DGL LICORICE ROOT CHEWABLES AND I INTAKE SLIPPERY ELM MANUKA HONEY ALSO HCL AND ENZYMES ALSO I JUICE EVERY MORNING I DRINL 16oz of celery. On empty stomach.. no diary no coffee…at times I do have chocolate and snacks but I purchase the healthier ones but still I know we aren’t supposed to but it’s so hard but others then that I think stress is a big major factor on this LPR how about you do you ever get the acid in the stomach
